windows 7 black screens in normal mode, but not in safe mode, help?

The only REAL problem I have with this is the fact that no audio can be heard, other access is restricted but not ones I often use. I installed a program called CRU to change my Hz refresh count and it made my computer black screen. Please help.

I fixed it, i re-ran the program and that fixed it
