Windows 7 Black / white screen while web browsing Computer still running after crash ...

hey guys
Just got my brand new PC installed windows 7 ultimate now the problem is Black / white screen appears while browsing keyboard / mouse not working but PC still running cant do anything gotta hit hard restart / shutdown i tried chrome first thought problem with chrome and uninstalled it
then tried internet explorer BAM !!! Black screen appears

PLSE PLSE help me

not installed anything except drivers

are you using a pirated version of windows or something thats never happened to me

nope its a legit one used in my old PC worked good

try reinstall all drivers , go in safe mode
