I bought a gtx 1070 and installed everything correctly and when I go to boot my operating system it gives me a blue screen and tells me to check my hard drives,I then but my windows 7 re-install disk in and my operating system booted normally and installed the drivers, I need to know how to do this without the re-install disk.

Solution
You uninstall the old drivers before putting the 1070 in your PC. I suggest booting up holding F8 and select VGA mode. In windows uninstall the drivers and use DDU to remove the old configs. Download the pre 375 drivers to ensure the first wasn't corrupted plus the newest version are buggy. Reinstall the drivers and see if it boots. If it doesn't I suggest you enter bios and see what version you have and then check motherboard support for any new bios updates.
