Windows 7 Blue Screens-Any help for a noob?

I have a Windows 7 eMachines PC that I got for my birthday a while ago. I don't know the specifics or anything like that, my box got lost and its too late for me to figure it out now. All I know is that I've got an NVidia GeForce GT240 Video Card that I used because I couldn't play games like Counter-Strike: Source and Supreme Commander 2 with out having framerate issues. Now, I problem that I've got is that my PC is having non-stop BSODs, and its really starting to bug me. I get most of the time MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, although IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL used to appear a lot, so I used Disk Cleaner and it fixed that. Now I'm looking for help, I found sites that helped with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT but the problem is that they weren't explainitory enough for a hardware noob like me. I'm just a teenager so I don't want to have to send the PC off for the rest of the summer, (there's nothing to do here,) so I want answers to help me fix the PC. Please help!

More details:

-If I run in Safe Mode for more than 2 minutes, it stops.

-Regular Windows crashes everytime.

-Again, I have no idea on the cables, specifics, or parts of the PC.

It could be a lot of things - hardware, software, HDD corruption, but without specifics it's hard to tell. have you looked at the system logs to see if there are any errors? A fresh install of windows may take care of the issues. Are there any error codes?

I'm not sure how to find those. I am always out looking for answers but they're too complicated for my PC knowledge. Also, looking for them would be real hard because again, after 2 minutes in Windows (overall) the PC has the BSOD. And, Windows came pre-installed on my PC. And I'm a bit short on money to configure everything-what will $5 get me?
