First I got the "blue screen of death" then when my computer restarted it did a disk check but found some file record segments unreadable then it deleted orphan file record segments then it verified indexes and delete some index entries xxx in index $I30 of file xxx and then it said it was verifying security descriptors processing file SDs/SIDs then when that had finished it rebooted and Windows fix came up saying it was repairing errors it could take over an hour then when that finished it rebooted and said NTLDR is missing so I restarted and the Windows fix thing came up again saying repairing errors this could take over an hour please help as have important documents and work information on the computer is the hard drive broken are all my documents recoverable thanks in advance

Sorry for long first post and grammar and it not making scense I am rushing and trying to put in all details any replies are greatly appreciated

your documents will be fine unless they are directly connected to the corrupted files and that would be only some files not all. worst case scenario you have to do a clean reinstall of windows and lose any files that were not backed up.
