Windows 7 Boot Issue

Hoping you guys can help me out.

I have a computer that won't boot. On start up it shows the very first part of the windows load screen then reboots. I am not able to load into safe mode, and a check disk repair did not work. Am I at the point where I just need to re-install windows all together?

Did you perhaps change the SATA controller mode in your BIOS? If not, you could try booting with your 7 install disk and running system restore.

I ended up checking to make sure the the SSD was ok which it was, at that point i just re-installed windows and it seemed to have fixed my issue.
