Hello everyone , sorry for bad English :)
I have a seriously problem with my PC , software and/or hardware.

First of all...my brother downloaded alot of things and I found that someone took control over my PC , just watched him how literally opened Steam , Email...he knew my passwords and everything.I called my ISP to change my IP , said and done.
After that I decided to reinstall my Windows 7 but it didn't worked , I've tried to boot either CD and USB (both supported) , after the "Windows is loading the files" and Win7 Logo it'll show the first step of installing it -> http://postimg.org/image/vr1ix10s7/
After I press "Install Now" it'll do nothing , just shows me only the background image and mouse cursor.

I went to a friend with my HDD(WD Blue 1TB) to try to reinstall my Windows from his PC , it worked ! Installed it with USB , no errors , no nothing.
After that I came back to plug it in my PC , it started to boot normaly but when it reached to the point where Win7 Logo screen appears suddenly gives me Blue Screen for 1 second and restart.

I plugged my old HDD(WD Caviar 80GB) no problem , it works fine (Posting from it) , this HDD already had Win7 installed on it , it wasn't free dos.If I format this one I'm 100% sure it'll have the same problem.

I've tried :
-Unplug/Plug BIOS Battery - no results
-Changed my current 4GB Ram with old 2GB , tried all types of changing and combining rams in the slots - no results

My system :
-Asus P5NE-SLI motherboard
-Gigabyte 2GB 128bit DDR3 video card
-4GB RAM DDR2 800Mhz
-500W source power
-Intel Dual-Core E8200 2.66Ghz processor
-HDD WD Blue 1TB Sata 2 , currently in my PC is the WD Caviar 80GB one.

I just don't know what to try else , thanks for your support !
