Windows 7 BOOT problems

Ever since i installed the gtx 1050 ti Drivers
when i boot after the starting windows process the screen turns black with only the cursor and i have to wait like 2 or 3 minutes to proceed to Welcome screen
is it because my gpu is installed in PCI-e 2.0x ?
This happend only with the gpu drivers installed

well if you have another GPU slot then try that see if it makes any difference.

my driver version is 398.11
My mobo is https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P7Q57M_DO/
i installed the drivers manually not with geforce experience because i couldn't log in to it.
may this be the problem? but i don't really think so

GRAPHICS Driver problems
Download the latest drivers for your GPU place them on your desktop get Display Driver Uninstaller from here
https://www.wagnardsoft.com/
remove everything after restarting it will probably be 640x480 not great instal your AMD/NVIDIA drivers and hopefully should fix your problem

reinstalled the drivers,
the problem is not fixed
what could cause this?

Use DDU again, then try an older driver version from GeForce site.
