Windows 7 BSOD, Dump file/Specs included!

Hi! I have a problem in which I have been STRUGGLING with for the past 6months... It's been happening 1~3 times a day to start with, and I don't know anyway of fixing it. I have tried reinstalling Windows, which I switched from windows 8 64bit to Windows 7 64bit.

Here are some of my basic specs:

DirectX Version: DirectX 11

This PC is a Gaming PC, Mid-End. Also, I have included the dump file in a mediafire download, since I don't know any way to opening it.

UPDATE: Ran memory diagnostics, ran Hard Drive diagnostics, nothing out of the usual.

Where would I find that at? Do I have to open my PC for this?

Download the free app CPU-Z, it will give the mobo model #, DRAM model # (in SPD tab) and the GPU, have to open the case for the PSU - should have a label on it

This is a known bug in the very old version of windows you are running
it will occur if you run this old version of window without the last 5 years
of fixes or the service pack and you install a current version of a video driver.

to fix, apply the service pack and updates
