Windows 7 BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Have always been getting BSODs with this PC ever since I first got it but they were never frequent enough for me to overly care but one thats hit me just now has made me decide to sort it out, PLEASE HELP.
Specs:
Radeon Software Version - 16.1.1
Radeon Software Edition - Crimson
Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
Memory Size - 2048 MB
Memory Type - GDDR5
Core Clock - 1100 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 7 (Service Pack 1)
System Memory - 8 GB
CPU Type - AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
 
Mcafee is worse lol. It's the crappiest thing around. Now I see theyre giving it away the 2016 version for free

Good luck to anyone who installs it and survives the crashes. If Mcafee was on it before use their removal tool to remove the rest of it. This program needs to DIE!

Hmm it downloads but doesnt load in bluescreenview
The BIOS update is here

Download the latest unzip it then put it on a flash drive. Update it in the BIOS with ez flash

Next day and have just had a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, after which the first restart showed a black screen after logging in and after second restart just a black screen just after boot. Third restart and im here working again but there appears to be some serious issues going on here.

Oddly no dmp file to speak of for this BSOD.
