Windows 7 BSOD

Hey, a few minutes ago my computer unexpectedly shut down. When it turned back on, I got this message :

I'm not sure what to do now, as everything is running smoothly now. If it means anything, a bluescreen was never displayed, it looked more like a CRT TV without a signal(black and white/grainy).
