Windows 7 BSOD

Hi, I used my computer for gaming and after a round of CSGO my computer froze on the title screen, now that I have shut the computer down I keep getting a blue screen, the only thing I have access to is bios, and I have no idea what I am doing with Bios. I already took my pc to a shop about an issue like this and I would rather not be $100 out of pocket.

Boot again, keep pushing F8 over and over. Start in test mode. Does that work? Report back.

It doesn't have test mode when I go to the boot options, it has repair computer, all the safe modes, boot logging, low res, lady know good configuration, directory services restore mode, debugging mode, disable auto start on restart, disable driver signature enforcement, and start windows normally

Try safe mode, if it boots, run a chkdsk from cmd as administrator and see if any errors found. Try running a virus scan in safe mode also.

I keep getting a blue screen

Post photo of the blue screen. It has significant debug info on it.
