my laptop cannot boot it display only manufacture's name and restart again then display the same how to resolve this problem

The its not loading Windows. Either Windows is corrupt or the drive is faulty. If you have a Recovery Disk, try that. If not try -

Boot into Safe Mode (F8 per http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode#1TC=windows-7) and do a Computer Repair. If that doesn't work, try a Last Known Good Configuration (system restore). If that doesn't work then try a Windows re-install.
