Windows 7 cannot connect to the internet, I need help.

I have tried connecting my home desktop to multiple networks, both wired and wireless, and I still cannot connect to them, no error message other than cannot connect to network. I really need this fixed asap, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know about any specs or anything like that you may ned.

I have also tried updating all of my network related drivers.
