Windows 7 crash at startup

My Windows 7 crashes every time I turn on my computer on the black screen that says "starting Windows" and crashes half way through the sequence where the little balls make the Windows logo. It was working fine until I shut it down and rebooted it. System restores aren't working and I cannot get into the safemode cmd prompt. I feel like it's the drivers that are crashing it because when I started up the cmd in safe mode the last thing to pop up was \windows\system32\drivers\aswRvrt.sys before a quick blue screen came up and it restarted. Startup repair finds nothing wrong and neither does Windows memory diagnostics. Need help ASAP PLEASE

aswrvrt.sys is an Avast file. Try this link good chance it will help you resolve. You will need access to another pc in order download whats needed and a USB stick https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=120531.0

ive had this PC for a year so yeah it's worked but it just now started this. I might try downloading the link that was posted on here earlier here in a few. Last thing I did before it started was just shut it down I guess
