Windows 7 downgrade from WIndows 8 on Lenovo Ideacentre 300 250ISH

Lenovo Ideacentre 300 250ISH downgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 7. After formatting the hard drive and attempting to install Windows 7 from a USB, the PC freezes. I rebooted from the USB and got a black screen. I tried using a Windows 7 CD and still get the black screen.

Check your install medium... Maybe's its a bad disk? Did you make the USB installer from the CD?

I've tried multiple install mediums. I tried booting from the USB on a separate computer and it worked fine. I'm using Legacy as well.
