Windows 7 Download (Legitimate Question)

I have a legally purchased CD key for Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit from a few years ago. After discovering that CD keys work for both 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows, I'd like to download a 64 bit version of Windows. Unfortunately, the CD key only came with a 32 bit disk.

Is there any place I can legally download a Windows 7 64 bit?
Will the key work for any version of Windows, or just home premium?

You can get the necessary install media from here

These are links provided by microsoft for people who find themselves in situations just like yours

EDIT: the key will only work with Home Premium 32/64 bit

There are a few places that you can download legitimate copies of the operating system. A simple google search would have brought up a couple but here is one for you.

These downloads are for people with legitimate cd keys and if you try to download these and install them they will end up not being valid installs if you do not provide a legitimate key.
