Windows 7 driver and tune up programs

What are the best programs for w7 for driver and/or tune up?

Drivers it is best to update manually, even though it's tedious.

For tune up I personally like TuneUp Utilities. I have used it for a few years, tried many different programs but this remains my favourite.
