Windows 7 driver pci slots

i have 2 pci slots one for sound blaster and the other for modem the computer sees them but they will not work error code 10

You will need to download Win7 (or Vista) drivers from the mfrs.' websites - usually listed under "Downloads" or "Support." You'll need to know if your Win7 is 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64), in case the vendors make the distinction.
