Windows 7 drivers for 3C996B-T

I have a 3Com 3C996B-T NIC installed in an Intel 915GUX mb (Onboard NIC is bad). I am upgrading to Win7 Pro 32-bit. I can't find drivers and Windows 7 Advisor says I need them. Can anyone help?
