Windows 7 Email Program

Hello,
I just got windows 7 and cant get my email setup

Windows 7 doesn't come with with an e-mail client, so unless you're using a web-based e-mail host then you'll need to download and install a client program.

Common ones are:

Mozilla Thunderbird: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/
Windows Live Mail: http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail
