Question Windows 7 Emojis?

I recently downgraded to Windows 7 because windows screwed up my Windows 10 drive. I made a discord channel while on windows 10, it has emojis for some of the channel names, but on Windows 7 they just show up as boxes, and this happens for every program. Is there any way to get emojis to show up in windows 7? Maybe some sort of Driver or setting? idk, I just wanted to ask if anyone knows a way to get emojis on Windows 7 Professional.
