Alright, so I've recently built a computer and have successfully installed Windows 7. I can't seem to install the ethernet drivers however, even off of a USB drive. When I try to use the PROWinx64.exe Network installer that I downloaded off of Microsoft's website, it'll take me through the installation and then say "Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) adapters are present in this computer." So close. What now?
My setup if it helps:
Intel Pentium g3258
MSI h81m-p33 mobo
8 GB of PNY 1600 ddr3 ram
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Any help would seriously be appreciated, a small amount of your time could make my first real PC experience a whole lot more enjoyable, because I don't want to be forced to use linux.
