Windows 7 Favorites Toolbar missing

HELP PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO GET A FAVORITES TOOLBAR HOW DO I DO IT??

Assuming you're using IE8, near the top of the screen on the left side is a group of pull down menus. The first item in the "view" menu is "toolbars". As soon as you check the "favorites" entry in the list it will appear.
