hi toms, is there any way to make online games not lagging when someone copying a large files over my work network (ethernet)? well, i often sneakily play dota 2 during recess and everytime someone copy a file over the network, which is very frequent, ping will always spikes up to 1000++

Ask your network guys at work to implement QOS so you can play your game, and this should fix your issue.
