When I had to reload my Windows 7 Ultimate, all my previous files are gone. Any chance of getting them back? When I go to computer and bring up properties, the same amount of disc useage as before.

Look in the Users folder to see if there are any sub folders in there with names like you had before but with .old after them. You may need to go to the Tools folder, then View and scroll down to tick "Show hidden files and folders" and untick "Hide protected system files".

In Windows 7 if you chose a custom install it moves all the previous files to a folder called 'windows.old'.

This folder is found in the root of you drive; most commonly C:\Windows.old
