Windows 7 Frequent BSOD

Hello guys,

I've been getting frequent BSOD when i try to close/open a program.
i tested my ram and i also tested my hard drive and both of them are fine.
I also tried re installing windows 7 again and it still didn't help me.
A lot of the blue screens are caused by win32k.sys. (I think)


Here are my specs just in case you need them:
Intel i7 870 quad core 2.93 ghz
8GB of RAM
Graphics Card: Radeon dual-x r9 270x 4GB Gddr5
Dell precision T1500 motherboard
Corsair CX750M power supply

Is SP1 on this?

Possible your razer drivers are causing one or both of these. AVG may also be causing these stop errors

I would uninstall it then use their removal tool. To remove the rest of it

I don't know if service pack 1 is on my windows 7 sorry but ill try to remove razer drivers and see if that helps with the bsod

Press the windows key + pause if the keyboard has it. If it doesnt say SP1 then it isnt installed

I just uninstalled razer synapse and razer surround pro. Do you know of any way to check if i will still get a blue screen other than opening and closing a game?

Does it say Service Pack 1 under it? If it doesnt you should install it sometime

Might be the game youre playing. If it hasnt been updated, update it

i get the BSOD when i leave any game at all or even when i try to close my browser its just really random when i get it. ill try to get the service pack in a couple of minutes.

If you use chrome disable hardware acceleration. It can cause crashes

I would run adwcleaner

Close browsers first. Click on scan wait for it to finish then clean. Reboot. Then click on uninstall

i ran the program and it deleted a folder:
[!] Folder Deleted : C:\ProgramData\{d9ba9279-ecaf-6a6c-d9ba-a9279eca49e7}

don't have a clue what it is

i dont think so because this windows is only 9-10 hours old and i dint get a lot of programs on it

If it continues to crash if SP1 isnt installed now install it sometime. It fixes a lot of bugs
