Windows 7 Hang, will not startup normally

I need help guys.

My computer suddenly has been acting weird.

First, a white screen with lines appears when I am playing CSGO, hanging the system so I had to hard restart it.

Secondly, after the windows logo boot screen, the windows startup "sound" appears but the screen is black, all system hang as I pressed caps/Num/Scroll lock and all doesn't seem to work.

Thirdly, I booted in safe mode and works fine.

I have reinstalled Win 7, and the same thing happens.

RAM seems fine as I did a memtest, and switching 1 stick at a time.

CPU is water cooled, temps are normal from 30-42c max.

My VGA (HD7970) is running water cooled, temperatures are normal 40-60c, ran Furmark stress test for 30 minutes and nothing happens. No crash and no artifact.

So what seems to be the problem here?

except the selection of wipe free space in windows tab
press cean now button in the right side
after that go to registery tab and press search for

then perform full scan to whole computer partitions from safe mode
and remove all threats
