Windows 7 hangs

I was playing AC III and when i was roaming about the pc just froze! After sometime the screen showed the desktop but i was not able to see the cursor. It was like the mouse was inactive. Then i restarted my pc using the reset button and arrived at the screen wher you have to choose whether we should start windows normally or not . i chose normally and it showed the " Windows Has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" message. This unexpected " Freezing" stuff has become a regular thing . I need help please
 
Solution
The errors above indicate one of two items are causing the issue:
1) GPU/Video drivers - try installing the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website (exact make/model of the card).
2) Memory issues.

Re-reading your description above - I would bet it is an issue with the GPU drivers....

The view event log is inside which option ( administrative tools , programs and features like that?)

So in the errors section for the past hour, 2 errors were there one was a bug check and one was EventLog
now???

Bug checks say that The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck and some numbers and symbols ( binary i think)
and - A Dump was saved in C:\Windows\ Memory dump.......

Error : The previous system shutdown was unexpected

So i should download the latest drivers form nvidia right , or just google it?
P.S my gpu is zotac gtx650 1gb synergy edition
