Windows 7 hp printer driver not working

Hello,
i had downloaded a windows 7(32-bit) driver for my hp deskjet D1360 from a website called siliconguide. after the completion of the download,when i try to double-click on its exe file saved on the desktop to open it,a command prompt screen appears for a second and disappears. i just cant understand what the problem is. please help!!!

have you tried to right click on the .exe file and choose 'Run as Administrator' see if that works

never go to third party web sited that could be a virus you just installed. unless there a service center in your country always go to the vendor web page the drivers are free.

ya,i tried. but it didnt work!
