Im getting a BSOD right when it says "Starting Windows" "irql_not_less_or_equal"

Im using a old Gateway DX4840 Motherboard, Got new RAM today, and HDD.

I cant even run Programs on Hirens becasue they all instantly just freeze! Mini Windows XP does not even work.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this problem? Don't think it is a BIOS Problem, It is new memory and Im not sure how if you have to config it in BIOS (If I can even do that)

Any help is Appreciated!
