Windows 7 install keeps freezing

I just built my first computer and I'm installing windows when it freezes at 60% and stops. What is causing this? Should I be concerned? Or just power off and try again?

CD/DVD may be damaged or the Disc is not burned properly. Try with different CD/DVD. It will work.
