Windows 7 install medium

Want to create an install medium for Windows 7 x64 both USB and a DVD one with all updates released so far. Any advice and recommendations are appreciated.

Assuming you have a valid license key, download the Win 7 ISO here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

Then, create your own DVD or USB with this:

Is there some program or a way to select which updates you want to be included or is the only way to download a full copy from the link you posted?
