windows 7 installation error

i am having a trouble while installing windows 7 in my pc i have a motherboard named m5a78-mlx a, cpu amd sempron 145and 2 gb it shows me a blue screen can u help me with this

Does your computer have an Asus board by any chance?
Do you have the latest BIOS update? If you have another memory stick available, try it too. Some people have solve the same problem just by changing the memory stick socket.
