Windows 7 Installation

Hello!

I've been having a problem recently:

I downloaded a Windows 7 Ultimate ISO and used Rufus to make load it onto a USB Drive, all went perfect.

After that, I plugged the USB into my PC and the installation ran, then the common "A required CD/DVD drive blah blah.." issue happened, I knew it would happen because I was using a 3.0 USB Slot, I don't have any USB 2.0 slot on my motherboard.

I booted into BIOS and Disabled USB Legacy and Enabled XHCI, it booted to the installation.
But my Mouse and Keyboard stopped responding, at this point, the installation should run perfectly, but I couldn't complete because I had nothing to Navigate with (Mouse - Keyboard)

My motherboard is: ASUS Z-170 PD-3

Any solution, please?

And you have a valid license key for this Win 7 U?

From Microsoft website, and yes I have a valid key

You have to integrate USB drivers into windows 7 installation.
Use Asus EZ installer (downloadable from Asus support web site).

I also forgot to mention: My current OS is corrupt and I can't access it, that's why I need to download a new Windows 7 OS
Does Asus EZ Require me to enter my current OS?

Yes - you need working windows pc to run Asus EZ installer.

What I meant is, do I need the PC that i'm installing windows on or another PC?

Any working windows pc (with operational non-corrupted windows).
