Windows 7 is not downloading drivers

Hey guys so I got a Toshiba cb-50-14z laptop that came with a faulty PS4 that I bought.

I charged it then booted it up and got the corrupted HDD error upon booting, so I got another HDD from a Samsung laptop, that was laying around, but I'm not able to install the drivers for the network adapter, it is saying they can't be found, I've also tried plugging my phone in via USB and also doesn't show up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
