Windows 7 ISO

Hey all,

Where can I get a Windows 7 ISO files? Need one for virtual box so I can practice for my upcoming CompTIA A+ exam. Do I have to get it directly from Microsoft? Do they let you download one for free? I could also use a Windows 8 ISO.

Yes, but you can't use that same Win 7 license in the VM. That is treated as a whole other PC, and needs its own actual license.
Short term, you're OK. 30 days.

Hmm when I go to download the ISO I get an error saying that I cannot download Win7 ISO because my product key is only valid for a different version of Windows.

Damn, that sucks. So I cannot get a Win7 ISO unless I buy a Win7 license?

That really sucks haha. Was hoping to get some practice in for my A+ exam. I'll just get what I can done on a Win8.1 virutal box. Thanks!!
