Windows 7 keeps shutdown

Windows 7 keeps shutdown after finish loading like Olympia_88's. Loading a fresh new windows is not a problem but I just want to backup my photos and video. When I do restore factory reset , all output drives (USB, CD/DVD, any external drive) disappeared so I can't back up my personal files. Please help if anyone know the problem. I'm very appreciated.

What happens when you run your PC in safe mode? Are the drives recognized by your motherboard's BIOS?

It is fine when it run in safe mode or in C promt mode. My computer is just keeping shutdown and restart right after finish loading which takes about less than 1 minute, so i don't have enough time to back up my file to USB flash drive. Thank you for help.
