Just installed Win7 on a brand new system. USB keyboard not responding. Found similar posts online. Was using PS/2 keyboard with no problems. Thought I would try the USB keyboard again. Now neither will work. Neither will allow me to go into bios. The PS/2 keyboard flashes the NumLock CapsLock and Scroll Lock lights repeatedly.

Don't know what else to do.

I discovered my Asus mobo has both USB 3.0 and 2.0. I had the keyboard plugged into a 3.0. Plugged into a 2.0 and now it works great.

I always thought a 3.0 would allow for an older version.
