Windows 7 laptop screen jumping

My computer screen on my HP laptop is jumping up and down. I use Windows 7. I don't know how that part was deleted from the post.

Probably a loose cable, either at the motherboard or in the lid. Unless you are highly skilled in disassembling laptops I recommend taking it to a professional for evaluation.
