Windows 7 Live mail/sky email problem

Hello,
I've just got a new computer with windows7 and I can't access my sky email account through live mail.

Errors 0x800ccc0e and 0x800ccc9o are the culprits!
Along with:
"ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server, cannot connect to the mail server."

I've got AVG free loaded, but when I disabled it I still couldn't connect to the server. ( I think that's when I received the ccc90 error?)

I've also made sure that live mail is allowed through the fire wall.

Any ideas.....?

Thanks Das stig! It's worked.

The only thing I had to do extra, was to make sure my email user name (on the servers tab) was entered with the "@sky.com", and to do the same when asked for the log on details.

Wonderful.......It works ! ~ I'm now wondering why Sky IT boys couldnt think of this solution, I shall pass this on.Cheers
