My issue is that my active window (Opera Web Browser at the moment) loses focus every 10 seconds or so for no reason. It is not my keyboard or mouse. I have looked at a focus logger that tells me the process 'wermgr.exe' is taking the attention when the window gets deselected. I have tried ending the specified process but this has not helped the problem and the process re-appears in a short time. I have attempted to restore to a few days back but that has not helped me either. The only leads I have are that apparently 'wermgr.exe' is stealing the focus and that my processes tab, second instance of 'conhost.exe' pops up for less than a second and disappears again. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate.
