Windows 7 Media Player won't play online video

Trying to access videos on this page: http://www.tapplastics.com/info/video.php

I just get a little red x at the top left of the videos screen and hear the little bell sound.

when you click on the video's, look at the top of the picture and right click on the flashing bar, select run add-on, then it will download the codec necessary and play the video(it's safe I already did it with no problems and and AVAST didn't go off)

After months of living without Media Player I just received an automatic update of AMD Catalist software for windows 7. This update fixed my Media Player Sound but no video problem.

I have an ATI Radeon HD 5700 video card and the catalist software is for this card.
