Windows 7 memory error on shutdown.

Can any1 suggest a fix for an error i get when shutting down

I get a beep then it brings up a memory error .. "click okay to terminate"

i'd get a picture but ive not thought much of the problem until its been doing it 9/10 shutdowns now.

next time it happens, ill take a picture.


any initial ideas?
