Windows 7 misreporting ink levels from HP Photosmart

Windows 7, HP Photosmart C6280.

HP Solution Center and Settings menu from the printer both report Cyan cartridge is 2/3 full, but every time I try to print, Windows gives a message saying the cartridge is empty, and I can only print "black only". All the other cartridges are fine too.

Anything I can do?

I know same problem .... switched to refillable ink but have other problems
see post HP reset ink cartridges HP c6800 successfully print with refilled cartridges.
same Forum..... I Solved it finaly
