Windows 7 "No audio devices are installed"

I've tried every possible solution for trying to fix my audio to no avail.

I reinstalled my audio drivers, restarted my computers and everything.

Absolutely everything I've done has hit a dead end and I'm out of options.

My audio is enabled in the msconfig tab

When I go in to my Services.msc tab I try to click the start button on the service "Windows Audio"
and it gives me this.

I have no more options.

My account is an administrator and everything, I can't see why it would tell me this.

When I tried to sign on to the local service using my password, I got this.
