Windows 7 No Reboot After Installing System Files. HELP!

Please help! I'm installing from OEM Windows 7 disc from my DRW. Whenever I hit the part where it installs files for 5-10 minutes, it seems to finish, but then goes to black screen, then to no signal! I'm trying to install it onto my 120GB SSD! I've done it twice now, both resulting in having to restart my system, then attempting to install. This is my new PC build.

Did you change the bootdisk to the dvd?? Delete the partitions in setup, then create partitions if you want them. Then try again

When I went into bios, I clicked UEFI Samsung DRW, or I could've picked P1 Samsung DRW. Is there a way to get back to BIOS?

Umm is this 32 or 64 bit? If its 32 bit disable secureboot. 32 bit doesnt support it. Pick the P1 if you didnt before

Right after: Expanding Windows files, it quickly installs: Installing features, and, Installing updates, then ends, and goes to no signal. I found that if I press the X in the top right, it would say do you want to cancel windows installation? Should I try that?

It'll probably start again if you cancel it

I cannot access the BIOS, when it's black screen, I have to restart the PC, then it just starts at Windows Installation.

mmm You have to press the del key or whatever as soon as you reboot keep tapping it

Ok, I just took disc out, then reboot, then put it back in, then reboot, now bios worked and I'm trying to use P1 this time

ok. Make sure you disable secureboot before you try again. 64 bit Win7 doesn't support it

PLEASE HELP! Now that I've set it to P1 DRW, it crashed while Windows 7 was unpacking files on the bottom of the screen. It never passes it, it just randomly black screens at any point. I've went to BIOS, and picked UEFI again, but it just won't go. Sometimes, it even black screens at BIOS, then I have to restart my PC. Is there a way to turn off my PC?! The power button won't work?!

Change it to UEFI dvd then. If you havent tried that.

Thank you guys for helping! I managed to fix it by furiously pressing the power button, then it turning off, then I turned it back on, and windows 7 installed correctly somehow.
