Windows 7 not install

I want to install new windows 7 but when i select the CD option it gives me an option to repair.....but i want to install new windows what can i do? Please help me

you need to reboot the computer with the Windows 7 cd inside, then when it asks you to "press any key to load from CD ROM" press any key, it will take you to the settings where you can format and/or install windows 7

(I am guessing you did not reboot, but clicked on the CD-Rom icon in windows)
