windows 7 not installed

I have HP 280 G2 MT BUSINESS PC new pc with free dos. i trying to install windows 7 not istalled. i call hp customer care its support only windows 10. how can i install windows 7.

You used USB? Try to burn a Win7 DVD and install from it.
