windows 7 not installing software

I did a clean install of windows 7 ultimate 64bit and after it wont let me download some software.
Im trying to install Corsair link and when i install it i go through the wizard and nothing happens no files get created anywhere it doesn't exist.

This also happens when i try to install the 64 bit version of teamspeak 3, any ideas to fix this problem?

what do you mean by " go through the wizard"? are you getting any messages when trying to install the software?

I go through the wizard then it goes through fine press finish then nothing all it doesn't create the files.
I've tryed downloading it to a different hard drive but still the same problem
i have also tried using a different browser, still has not worked

since you just performed a clean install i would just do it again. when you get to the point to select the partition to install to delete and recreate the partition
